Yea! talked to the upgrade to iphone4s department and their computer crashed twice. Then to another operator after that, her computer crash as well! She said she will ask somebody to call me back in 15minutes but never happen. I have to call them up 40 minutes later and couldn't get through for 3 days and waited for 10minutes on the phone on every call. Then I call up today to change my cap, and apparently they had to cancel the current plan and re register to the new cap. it took me 30 minutes on the phone. omg...

I completely agree! I know so many people that have had problems with vodafone in regards to service/communication.

OH MY GOD. So crappy?! Unbelievable.. and I thought Maxis was bad...
haha yeaps. disappointed. I think i will change to optus next time. :P
