Lunch @ The Imp, Victoria Park

The Imp is quite a popular place to go in Vic Park, because of the good coffee, good atmosphere, good service and good food. The Imp is very laid back and cool at the same time. I went there with my workmates about 1+ year ago! Can't believe time flies so fast!
After looking at the menu, I found out that their menu is so much better and look yummier than before! Very impressive!

Anyway, let's start with what we had that day.
Brooke and Christine had the CXBLT baguette
chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, relish & aioli

Judy had the Flat bread with tomatoes slices and carrot puree I think. I didn't try this, so I don't know what's it's like. But it looked very tasty and healthy.

I had the Salad
Roasted pumpkin, pine nuts, almonds, cashews, feta.

and some chips with aioli to share.

The salad that I had was absolutely delicious. I love it. Every leaves coated thoroughly with sauce. Every bite is just full of yumminess. I wish I can have this everyday.

My purpose of going there to have lunch is just because I wanna try the tapas, unfortunately, I got fooled by the PDF menu on The Imp website saying Tapas starts at 12pm. But when I got there, the actual menu stated starts at 1pm. I was kinda dissapointed, because I wanted to try the crispy pork belly and duck confit. :( But oh well, the salad was good too! :)
