A and I went to Pussycat Dolls Concert yesterday and it was crowded!
We bought the "standing" tickets. Which means we got to stand the whole night and get to dance around :)
I have to say...Lady Gaga performance is awesome but weird at the same time.
Her clothing, very nice and bold but I can feel it's not comfortable at all.
Somehow, she still can dance and run around with it. Awesome.
Plus, one leg up on the piano while playing it, lagi awesome.
After Lady Gaga's performance, we had about 15mins intervals while waiting PCD to perform.
So we walk around and get better spot and we found this.....
Kid lying on the floor sleeping! Gosh people.. you don't bring children to concerts man!
PCD performance was not as good as Lady Gaga I suppose. The person who controls the sound systems is not doing a good job. PCD's voice turn out high pitch and really loud til I don't know what they are talking about. But it was still a great show.
I love their backdrop design especially. Very nice.
After the concert, we were hanging around a bit in the dome so that we don't have to squeeze with people to get out of the concert and I found the lousy guy who controls the system.
him..... >: (
and I found the Perth's PCD.. they look like SCD more like it... if you know what i mean.. hehe
Overall, we enjoyed the concert. It was a fun night :)
Here, I have uploaded 3 videos from the concert. Have a look :)
She is the hot DJ that plays before the concert. Her body is soooooo freaking nice.
I want that body :P
Guess what? Star trek was there in the concert too! *joking

Doraemon
Doraemon is one of my favourite cartoon when I was young.
I still remember, every day, 7.30pm, switch the channel to TV1, sit down on the couch with my brother and with a bowl of my mom's home cook soup.
mmm.. so nice..
I wish I can go back and be a little girl again.. and argue with my brother everyday :D

K-ON!
Recently, I started watching the new anime, K-On.
"K-ON" is short for "Keiongaku" [軽音楽] meaning "light music."
K-On!’s story revolves around four Japanese high school girls who join their school’s light music club to try to save it from being abolished. However, they are the only members of the club, and none of them have any experience playing musical instruments or reading sheet music.
They are very cute and stupidly funny.
I love their music and the dresses! Kirei~~~~ (^-^)

http://www.paperfoldables.com/
Brooke showed me a really cool website today.
It's the Paperfoldables.
When you are bored and feel like doing something crafty, just go to the website, pick an image that you like and print it out.
Cut it, fold it and tape it together.
See! this is the 1st one that I've done. Cute isn't it?

Curiousity
It's really weird to see two people that I knew a year ago, had changed their personality totally.
One was a angry person everyday and another one carries a smile on her face everyday.
Weird enough, this year, the angry one became a happy person and the happy one became a angry person.
The weirdest part is they don't know each other at all.
The world will never be a better place. It goes round and round....
It happens in different time, different place and to different people.

Frances's 27th Birthday
I am suppose to blog about this last week, but because I didn't know how to spell the name of the restaurant, I had to postpone it til today.
It was Da Brunos. Hopefully it is correct.
It is located on a busy street at Inglewood. When you drive pass this place, you would never have guess this place with high wall old house is a fine dining restaurant.
Da Brunos does not have a website and only opens 4 days a week for dinner.
Menu? On the Chalkboard and it changes every few weeks.
The atmosphere was cozy, relax and romantic. Settings and lighting was excellent.
This is a good place to have a glass of nice wine accompany with family or maybe a few close friends.
Frances's friend highly recommended this place to her.
We were lucky that we got a table as we were on the waiting list.
This was the menu that night.
It was hard to decide what to order when we looked at the menu. It was in Italiano!
The waiter had to explain to us dish by dish slowly. Lucky enough, it was only 12 dishes on the board.
After ordering, we gave Frances a watch from her favourite brand Tokidoki.
She was very happy receiving a Tokidoki watch. We knew that because she was randomly saying TOKIDOKI! tokidoki! TokiDOki! the whole night :)
We were all as happy as her that night. We were all happy because it was her birthday, we were all happy celebrating her birthday and we were all happy because she was happy.

Boy Girl Dog, Mt Lawley
Last Wednesday, Joe and I were looking for pressies for Frances 27th birthday.
I suggested to go to Beaufort St as shopping mall gifts are so predictable.
Of course, I went to have lunch first at somewhere that I wanted to try for a long time 1st :)
Coincident okay coincident.
So, we went to theQueens, Beaufort St, My Lawley.
It's a pub restaurant. Very nice place to have a beer, food and even a game of pool :)
Joe ordered a pint of beer. It is as big as a bottle of water. Gosh.
Joe had beef, bacon & egg burger with swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce relish and fries.
I had the linguini pasta with banana prawns, roast capsicum, kalamata olives, sinach in basil pesto. This is the oiliest pasta I've ever eaten. It tasted very good!
After recharged, we started walking around to hunt for gifts...
and... we saw this quirky shop, BoyGirlDog and it is what we wanted! I mean Frances. :P
TOKIDOKI products everywhere in the shop!
We wanted to order Tokidoki online, but it is so hard to grab the items there, it sold out really quick. So, after we found out that the lil quirky store sells Tokidoki, Joe and I were soooo happy as if we found gold!
Go there and have a look at the shop.
It's cool.
A note for Frances:
The shop is at Shop 2/611 Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley.
and you can get updates from them by just emailing them.

What is tokidoki?
It's a white hot culture. Made in American by an Italian designer from Rome. tokidoki ("sometimes" in Japanese) is the Japanese-inspired lifestyle brand created in 2005 by Italian artist Simone Legno and his business partners Pooneh Mohajer and Ivan Arnold.
tokidoki produces apparel and other products using art and iconic characters designed by Simone Legno, including purses, t-shirts, vinyl figures, jewelry, and small toys.

Lunch @ Ninniku Jip, Vic Park
Last Friday, my workmates and I went to Ninniku Jip.
Ninniku Jip is a Korean & Japanese (more to Korean) restaurant located at Albany Hwy, Vic Park.
Judy was on a HIGH mode that day. She ordered warm sake for us to share.
Us, I mean me and Judy. Apparently sake taste like Vegemite to Christine and Brooke.
I have no idea what it taste like.
I only know sake made me LAZY the whole afternoon til evening!
We had the Tempura Chicken Pops which I think they just uses the packet of frozen chicken balls from asian grocery shop, coat it with flour, fry it and drizzle with Japanese bbq sauce and Japanese mayo.
Maybe I should try making it at home :) I got swine balls and beef balls~
Mains, Judy treated herself really well.
A sizzling seafood dish with some sides, soup and rice.
Christine had the Fried Kuey Teow.
I know this is not Korean nor Japanese, but somehow it was in the menu.
Brooke had the Garlic Chicken Bulgogi.
Oh I love Bulgogi~!
and that's mine. The Chilli squid bulgogi. Yum~~~
Surprisingly enough that none of them actually like the Kimchi.
I'm starting to wonder.. am I a bin that eats everything..... 0_0"
.
.
.
.
.
Oh no! I don't eat Bitter gourd. Medicine. Liver...
I can only think of those at the moment... o_O
Anyway, we had a beautiful dessert.
No, I'm serious. It's beautiful dessert.
Look.
How nice is that! XD
